Our custom designed manifolds are easy to install and operate. FloRad uses only the finest quality nickel plated manifold parts for its systems.

Underfloor Heating Controls

Our manifold controller systems are equipped with terminals which switch the boiler on and of as required and can support four to twelve separate zones. Either wire or wire free room thermostats are available to complete the systems.

Heating Pumps

Light and compact in design, FloRad pumps have simplified cable entry and push-fit connectors for ease of installation. Pumps are of a drum motor design with hard coated shaft and bearings that support a moulded impeller and rotor.

Single Pump Manifold Notes:

1. Control Value Settings
   a) Screeded Floors 60'C
   b) Timber Floors 65'C
   c) Conservatories and Thicker Floors 65'C
2. Auxiliary Settings
   a) FloRad Room Thermostat operates FloRad pump
   b) FloRad Junction box
3. If FloRad manifold is fitted to pumped primary circuit a motorised valve should be fitted in flow with a by- pass fitted with a regulating valve.
4. When a FloRad system is connected to an existing or an old heating installation in-line strainers should be fitted to both flow and return pipes.

Twin Pump Manifold Notes:
